I want to begin a journey with you or hopefully, we become good friends and I have the privilege to become your coach or meet you at one of our seminars. I want to earn that right and privilege. We Are The Emotions We Make Habitual
Many people study NLP because they want to make more money. However, let’s say you've got a $1 billion and the primary emotion of your life is frustration and anger, then your life is frustrating and angry. It's not love, passion, commitment or fulfilment. It doesn't matter how much money you’ve got.
If you have a family where everybody loves you and you have a partner that adores you but you sit around feeling depressed and worried all the time, then your life is depression and worry. It's not love. We are the emotions that we make habitual. We are the emotions that we consistently live. That's what dominates us. I wonder if you knew that everything a human being does, they do it for the emotion they extract out of it.
Learning NLP topics like Cause & Effect will allow you to make the change from the inside-out... You're not after money. You're after the emotions you'll feel when you can have all the things money can get you.

No matter who you are, you have values and beliefs in each of these areas. Focussing on just one area will make you feel incomplete. NLP Was Born From Modelling Successful People
There are patterns of success and there are patterns of failure. What I mean by that is... success leaves clues! People who succeed are not lucky. People that are physically fit and vital and healthy and energetic are not just born with that. They have a pattern of things they think about and they do. In our first session, we want to get you to establish a pattern -- an ultimate pattern -- that would give you time with yourself so that you would focus on the things that matter most and not get sucked into the hypnosis of the culture that says, "Just go, go, go, go, go," and maybe one day, wake up and you'll be happy.
You've said this to yourself; "someday when I have more money, someday when my kids grow up, someday with my kids when they get out of school, someday when I find that person, someday when I get that raise." But of course, the road to 'someday' leads to a town called 'nowhere.' It never shows up.
The secrets of successful people have largely been rejected by the masses because the secrets of NLP go against conventional thinking. But if you accept them and practise them, the ramifications are awesome.
There Is No Magic Pill
For the most part, we are not conditioned to discipline our focus, to discipline our bodies, to move ourselves. In fact, the word 'discipline' for most people has a negative connotation, doesn't it? But the truth is anyone who's done it for a while loves that word because it gives you pride. It gives you excitement. You love the feeling of knowing that discipline just means you are in charge. That when you say something to yourself, you do it. That your word means something, that has power and most people don't have that. That's why they fear discipline. They think discipline means a lack of freedom when discipline equals freedom. Following any of our seminars, you’re going to have to discipline yourself. During the seminar, we will give you the tools to do this. But ultimately your future is under your control; practicing what you’ve learned.

Are You Already In Hypnosis?
The truth about discipline? People don't have practice at it. They've not conditioned themselves to do it. They have no experience in it and then they don't get there for the following reasons. The number one reason that heads the list , they rationalize. We all rationalize at times, don't we? What's rationalisation? It's when you tell yourself a story. When you come up with a reason why it's okay not to do something. It’ll sound like this, "I know it's important but..." or, "I'm really committed to it but..."
Whenever you hear somebody say, "But..." they usually have a “big one” because what happens is they haven't followed through. They've come up with excuses about why not to do something and so, they don't do it. They sit around and they never get the result they want. What are some of the rationalisations you’ve heard yourself and others say? What are some of the stories? I always ask people, “The only thing keeping you from what it is you really want is the story you have about why you can't have it, so what's that story?” These stories hypnotise us over time as we tell them to ourselves over and over and over again...

Time Is The Only Thing That Is Equal
Listen, this is the only thing that is equal in all of humanity. We do not have equal opportunity. We do not have equal strength or intelligence or background or education or love. The only thing that equals us is the amount of hours we have. We all have 24-hours a day. The truth of the matter is you have all the time there is. Whatever you make a must, you will make happen. If it's a should, it will happen only if it comes together by fluke, so it's not 'you don't have time' because who created your schedule?
"I have kids, I work full-time, My husband works away"
Find a rationalisation, someone is using it. Herein lies the secret to all success at this point in your life if you've used the 'time' excuse. Right at this junction you can accept or reject this advice. If you reject it; you'll have to accept your life the way it is. If you accept it and practise it with persistence and focus, you'll advance.

Successful People Condition Themselves Daily
I plead with you. Give yourself this gift each day. This is really one of the most important decisions of your life and I hope my forward approach pushed you in the right direction and didn't push you away. I hope, somehow, I found my way into your heart or your intellect or whatever part of you, we've got to reach to push the button that launches your life to the next level -- the level it deserves to be at.
Here's what I'm going to ask you for – it’s an invitation and a challenge. I want you to give yourself that missing time and I want you, ideally to give yourself, an hour of power, at least five days a week. What does that mean? It means for one hour, I’m going to walk you through three things to do for an hour that will absolutely connect you to yourself and we'll give you a level of focus and joy and happiness and strength to deal with, not only the challenges but to enjoy your life more.
If you don't do it, you're going to be driven by technology, by demands, by people, by your kids. It's beautiful that you want to give to everybody else but if you keep giving to everyone and you don't fill yourself back up, there's nothing to give and I know you know this is true.
Here's what I want you do to...
By the way, if you can't do an hour, then do 30 minutes to thrive. If it's not an hour of power, give yourself at least 30 minutes. There's always 30 minutes... and you can't do that, at least do 15 minutes towards fulfilment. There's no excuses for finding 15 minutes. There's always 15 minutes. Here's a secret: if you just do the 15 minutes, it'll grow to the 30, it will grow to the hour, because you'll get so reinforced in your life.
You need to remember - EMOTION is created by MOTION. Your body was designed to move. Want to know why most people are depressed and unhappy? THEY DON'T MOVE! A simple study into the happiest cultures in the world will show that from an early age they were conditioned to take part in activities that makes them move. Swimming, hiking, canoeing, walking, sports, cycling... anything that gets your body moving. Better yet, it's better if you can do it with other people.
Movement doesn't mean you need to hurry out and buy a gym membership and workout like crazy. Gentle steps get you there. Following movement you need to activate your focus and visualisation toward your ideal future. There's a big difference between knowing what you WANT, and knowing what you DON'T WANT. Many people are overly aware of all the things they don't want. In NLP, these are called "Away From" motivators. They will not bring long term success. Deciding and focussing on exactly what you want (in NLP called "towards" motivators) is vitally important. It takes practise and commitment; the payoff for long term success is worth it.

Wow! Will this stuff work for me?
We always set out to provide huge value in our trainings. Living a life without anxiety is priceless, for instance. Remember, you are the one who is responsible for your own results. NLP is not a science, it's a way of thinking. You can either accept or reject these ways of thinking. But like laws of the universe, if you reject them, it will not work for you. If you accept them, you'll live a life beyond imagination.
Can you really get results in 8-10 hours of 1-on-1 coaching or in a 7-day seminar?
Absolutely. Contrary to popular belief, an unconscious mind can be altered or changed very quickly. You just have to want the change badly enough, and be willing to do anything. Again, you can either accept or reject the new ways of thinking that NLP provides you with. Please read all the testimonials.
